Amalia brings 20 years of experience in customer experience, communications, and organisational operations, with a career spanning the aviation, health tech, and legal sectors. She is a strategic storyteller, adept at crafting compelling narratives that drive meaningful engagement and tangible business outcomes. Her expertise spans brand and reputation management, strategic planning, project management, office operations, learning & development, HR, employee relations, and client management.
During her tenure at Delta Air Lines, Amalia established and led the Asia Pacific Media and Communications team, working closely with global leadership to enhance brand visibility and employee engagement across Singapore, Japan, Thailand and the United States. She represented Delta and its Executive Officers in high-level communications with corporate clients, spearheaded an Executive Business Summit, and successfully led organisational events and fundraising initiatives.
Transitioning into the legal sector, Amalia applied her skills in client engagement, process design, and organisational operations, bringing a fresh perspective to Silvester Legal LLC. She holds a Human Resources Business Partner certification, complementing her ability to thrive in dynamic, results-driven environments.
As Client Experience Manager, Amalia oversees the entire client journey, ensuring seamless onboarding, proactive communication, and long-term engagement. She is dedicated to delivering excellence at every touchpoint, fostering partnerships that reflect the firm’s commitment to client success and expertise in corporate and commercial law, and has contributed to the firm winning industry awards and recognitions.
Beyond client experience, Amalia leverages her marketing and communications expertise to help clients and partners tackle complex business challenges, elevate their brand, and implement impactful strategies. She has led high-performing teams, driven quality assurance initiatives, and designed training programs that empower individuals and foster organisational growth. Known for her strategic mindset, adaptability, and resourceful problem-solving, Amalia combines precision with creativity to deliver outcomes that matter.
Amalia is also deeply committed to community service. She volunteers with the Muslim Kidney Action Association Singapore and founded The Giving Unity, a community initiative that collaborates with grassroots leaders to provide nutritional food packs for low-income families in Singapore and Indonesia. In her community work, she has facilitated Resume Writing and Interview Skills workshops as part of a national movement organised by the People’s Association, conducted a Digital Art & Design Masterclass in partnership with Visit.org, a New York-based B-Corp, and PIMCO Global, raising funds to support food-insecure households in Singapore, and designed and led a Personal Branding workshop for at-risk teenage girls, helping them build confidence, develop a professional presence, and prepare for future opportunities.
