Currently pursuing his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the Singapore University of Social Sciences, Tristan operates at the intersection of academic rigor and real-world legal practice. This dual perspective enables him to analyse cases with both depth and adaptability, ensuring that every legal strategy is backed by both established principles and innovative solutions.

Assistive Case Experience

Second-chaired the Director of the Firm in a High Court civil family dispute involving the bequest of assets worth over $10,000,000.
Assisted the Managing Director and Director of the Firm in a complex shareholder oppression suit under Section 216 of the Companies Act (1967) and a concurrent action involving fraudulent misrepresentation and unlawful means conspiracy, with claims exceeding $42,000,000.
Assisted the Managing Director and Director of the Firm in a Minority Oppression Suit under Section 216 of the Companies Act (1967) in High Court whereby our Client was initially awarded over $600,000 and following a successful appeal by the Firm, the quantum was increased to over $2,200,000.
Assisted the Managing Director in a complex High Court trust and estate dispute involving express trusts and probate administration, with claims exceeding $4 million, arising from documents and corporate structures dating back over 40 years.
Assisted the Managing Director of the Firm in a Winding Up suit under Section 125(1) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018.
Assisted the Director of the Firm in a District Court case involving the tort of battery and sexual assault.
Assisted the Managing Director of the Firm in the amicable settlement against a judgment debt in the District Court.
Assisted the Managing Director and Senior Associate of the Firm in an Industrial Accident with Injury Suit heard in the District Court, leading to an ideal settlement.
Assisted the Managing Director of the Firm in a Breach of Contract suit in the Magistrate’s Court between contractors.
Assisted the Managing Director of the Firm on both contested and uncontested Family and Matrimonial Disputes including matters involving cross-border jurisdiction.
